Refund policy
Do you want to return something? How does that work exactly?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs (provided you return all products you ordered and received). Only the return costs from your home to the webshop (MattiMooCards) are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Sealed Pokémon products can only be returned if they are sealed in the same condition as at the time of shipment. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@mattimoocards.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
